A local call center that operates 24 hours a day is available for refugees arriving from Ukraine to Cluj-Napoca. Two phone lines provide information about the accommodations available free of charge in Cluj, as well as social assistance services: +40742013097 and +40740020719.
Medical services can also be provided free of charge to the refugees.
A national call line where the operators speak Ukrainian, Russian and Romanian is also available, where the refugees can call for information 7 days a week, between 08:00 and 18:00: +40800360880.
